Passover
2008 is once again being hosted at the Hudson
Valley & Resort & Spa, formerly the GRANIT
Hotel by Harriet & Barry Hochdorf. This is
the 32nd year of the Passover Program at this
elegant, luxurious and magnificant Hotel. The hotel is the most
beautiful property and facility in the catskills.
The Hudson Valley Resort has a State of the Art, Health Club
and Spa. There is a full compliment of massages available to
our Hotel Guests. The Hotel has a full size heated pool.
The
Kashruth of the program is under the supervision
of the Orthodox Union, and the Mashgiach
Tmidi is Rabbi Yaakov May. All our dairy
products are Cholov Yisroel. Special personalized attention
is given to dietary needs of our guests. The sumptuous meals,
elegant parties, and spectacular Tea Room are legendary.
We have
many activities scheduled for Yom Tov and Chol Hamoed for
both our adult guests and our youth. The cultural program
has resident scholars and various visiting guest lecturers
of the highest caliber.
